A German silver coffee cup and saucer, each engraved with a vacant scrolled cartouche and floral motifs, each marked to base with the reichsmark alongside 800 and a maker's mark for Wilhelm Binder, the saucer further impressed with a pattern number and 'Le Palais Royal Habana', diameter of saucer 4 1/4 inches (10.8 cm). Together with a continental beaker, possibly German, decorated with a wide band of dense foliage with applied name engraved cartouche, marked 800 to base, height 3 inches (7.5 cm). Weight 4.88 ozt (152 grams). (2). All pieces appear in fairly good overall condition, displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing consistent with age and would benefit from a clean. Cup and saucer with a couple of very minor dints. Surface appears pitted. Saucer with residues of sticker mark. Marks to base clear and legible. The beaker appears in good condition although with a minor dint to the base edge and a couple of very slight dints to main body. The mark beneath is clear and legible, also numbered 227.
