A Tiffany & Co sterling silver three piece tea service, the coffee pot of plain tapering form to a footed base and stained wood scroll handle, with baluster cream jug and circular sugar bowl, each with footed base, and a plain circular tray with a stepped raised rim. All with impressed maker's mark, circa 1950, tea service numbered 22938, tray numbered 21253, with original cloth bags. Height of coffee pot 8 1/2 inches (21.5 cm), diameter of tray 11 inches (28 cm), gross weight 50.13 ozt (1559 grams). (4). All pieces displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Coffee pot with knocks and dints to one side of edge of base, causing a slight wobble. Hinged lid appears in good working order and closes almost flush. Finial is likely plastic rather than wood, possibly a replacement Cream jug with a few minor dints to belly. Tray with numerous scratches and contact marks to the centre. Cloth bags are all a little dirty with small holes to one of the larger bags.
