An Edwardian silver mounted and tortoiseshell jewellery casket of trefoil form, the body with engraved floral festoon decoration and raised upon four foliate capped cabriole legs with scroll feet, the hinged cover with inset tortoiseshell panel and opening to reveal a plush lined interior. Hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd, London 1906. Length 5 1/2 inches (14cm). With scratches, marks, wear and heavy tarnishing.Legs slightly bent and box stands uneven.
