A William IV silver pedestal salt, of oval form with foliate caps to rim, and gadrooned rim and foot, hallmarked London 1830, maker's mark W.B, 4 (10cm). Together with a late Victorian silver basket, of oval form with embossed foliate and pierced details to sides, hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co, London 1898, length 6.5 (16.5cm), and two pairs of silver sugar tongs, the first larger pair hallmarked Peter & Ann Bateman, London 1793, the smaller pair hallmarked Joseph Gloster Ltd, Birmingham 1918. Total weight 6.80 ozt (211.8 grams). With scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. Pedestal salt with wear to detail on foliate caps, and detail knocked and misshapen. Basket heavily tarnished and slightly knocked in places.
