A George I Britannia silver spoon in Hanoverian pattern with long rat-tail to heel and monogram engraved terminal. Hallmarked London 1716, maker's mark worn, probably Nathaniel Roe. Length 7.75 (19.5cm), weight 1.48 ozt (46.2 grams). Displaying general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Hallmark's and maker's marks are rubbed and worn, making them difficult to read. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
