A cased Edwardian set of silver salts, each of plain circular form with beaded rim and raised upon three pin feet, with two silver spoons, enclosed within a fitted case. All hallmarked Mappin & Webb Ltd, Sheffield 1908. Weight 1.7ozt (52.8 grams), diameter 1.75 (4.5cm). Displaying general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some areas of heavier tarnishing that would benefit from a clean and polish.Fitted case in tired condition, with surface wear and scratches and an indent to lid.Case does close properly. Hallmarks slightly rubbed and tarnished, but still legible.Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
