A Victorian silver bonbon dish, of oval pierced form with gadroon rim above a foliate embossed border, and raised upon a footed base with rope twist edge, hallmarked Johnson, Walker & Tolhurst Ltd., London 1896, length 6 inches (15cm). Together with a George VI silver pedestal bonbon dish of lobed circular form with pierced scroll decoration, hallmarked Lanson Ltd., Birmingham 1947, diameter 4 3/4 inches (12cm), plus a continental miniature ewer with grotesque head and enamel decoration (a/f). Gross weight 8.64 ozt (268.9 grams). (3). Victorian bonbon dish with some light surface wear, scratches and tarnishing.George VI bonbon dish edges slightly mishapen, with surface wear, scratches and tarnishing. Ewer with wear and tarnishing, base of handle loose. Tests around 94 % silver.
