A mid-twentieth century cased set of six silver and enamel teaspoons, each with tapered stem to a chevron design terminal decorated with blue and green enamel stripes in between bead borders, hallmarked Mappin & Webb Ltd., Birmingham 1941. Together with a later cased set of silver-handled pastry forks in Queen's pattern, hallmarked Harrison Brothers, Sheffield 1971. (2). In mixed condition, all displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing. Spoons - some surface scratches to enamel but generally in good order. Two of the stems are at a slight lean, from the join of the stem to the bowl. Some slightly heavier wear around tips of bowls but they have generally faired well. Hallmarks clear and legible with light rubbing. Hallmarks to pastry forks are quite rubbed. Prongs not silver.
