A Victorian silver sugar bowl, the circular form with moulded rim above a band of scrolling foliage and fluted lower border to a footed base, hallmarked Henry William Curry, London 1878, rim diameter 4 inches (10.2 cm), Together with a further Victorian circular bowl with scalloped rim, beaded borders and raised on three satyr mask and scroll feet, hallmarked Henry Holland, London 1875, diameter 4 3/4 inches (12 cm), plus a similarly decorated shallow dish with claw and ball feet, hallmarked Sheffield 1890. Weight 11 ozt (342.5 grams). (3). All three pieces displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing consistent with age. The first sugar bowl appears in good overall condition, slight rubbing and loss of surface detail to areas of the decoration. Hallmarks are a little rubbed but still clearly legible. The second bowl displaying some compression to the interior as impressions visible around joins of feet, also likely repairs. Splits to scalloped rim with further solder repairs visible underneath. Minor loss of definition to edges and decoration with remnants of polish evident. Hallmarks a little rubbed but clearly legible. Hallmarks to shallow dish are heavily rubbed and distorted.
