A pair of late Victorian silver butter dishes, each of scallop shell form and raised upon three ball feet. Hallmarked Josiah Williams & Co, London 1897. Length 5 3/4 inches (14.5 cm), weight 5.58 ozt (173.8 grams). With scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing.With some indentations, and some creasing to handles.Edges with nicks and some scalloped edges bent.Hallmarks rubbed but legible.
