周 泉 1966年生于安徽。1989年毕业于安徽师范大学美术系，1991至1992年进修于中央美术学院，任职于安徽省雕塑院副院长。合肥市美术家协会油画艺委会会长。“写生中国”合肥地区主席。国家二级美术师。
Zhou Quan was born in Anhui Pronvince in 1966. In 1989, Zhou graduated from the Department of Arts at Anhui Normal University. From 1991-1992, he furthured his study at China Central Academy of Fine Arts. He currently works at Anhui Sculpture Institute.
