3197|陈澄波（1895-1947）码头|布面 油画|1934年作|签名：澄波 一九三四|Chen Chengbo (1895-1947) Dock|Oil on canvas|Dated 1934|Signed 'Chengbo' in Chinese and dated|35.5×49cm|RMB: 450,000-550,000|陈澄波 1895年出生于嘉义。1913年考进台湾总督府国语学校师范科（今台北师范学校），在校期间获石川钦—郎指导对西洋美术有初步认识。毕业后于家乡担任教员，并与同侪艺术家林玉山等人友好。1923年赴日深造， 期间陈氏曾居留上海任教多所美术学校，1926年以一幅《嘉义街外》的作品，入选第七回日本“帝国美术展览会”，这是台湾人首次以西画跨进日本官展的门槛，其后又数度入选“帝展”和其它各项展览。1931年作品《清流》获选代表中国参展于芝加哥博览会，1932年一二八事变，将家人送返回台，1933年返台。1934年与友人创办台阳美术协会。1947年因二二八事件被国民党军队枪毙。`|Chen Chengbo was born in Jiayi in 1895. He was admitted to Taiwan General Governor Mandarin School and started the stab to the Western painting under the instruction of Kinichiro Ishikawa. Later Chen became a teacher of his mother school after graduation and become a friend of Lin Yushan, etc. In 1923, Chen went to Japan for further study. Three years later, his work was selected in the Imperial Oil Painting Exhibition, making him the first person of Taiwan to achieve the honor.||
