曹 辉 1962年生于浙江宁波。1986年毕业于中国美术学院，1997-1998年就读于中国美术学院硕士研究生班。现为中国美术家协会会员，浙江省美术家协会理事，浙江省油画家协会理事，宁波市美术家协会副主席，宁波城市职业技术学院艺术学院副教授。作品多次参加海内外大型艺术博览会及画展。
Cao Hui was born in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province in 1962. In 1986, Cao graduated from China Academy of Art. Since then, Cao' s works were on art exhibitions and fairs both home and abroad and are housed by art institutions and collectors worldwide. Currently Cao is a member of China Artists Association, Standing Director of Ningbo Artists Association, painter of Ningbo Academy of Painting, etc.
