陆 琦 1957年出生于浙江温州。1982年毕业于中国美术学院油画系。1998年赴意大利波伦亚美术学院及法国巴黎国际艺术城研修。曾任教于西北民族学院美术系，温州师范学院美术系。现任杭州师范学院美术学院学术委员会主任、教授，硕士生导师，浙江省美术家协会理事，浙江省油画家协会理事。中国美术家协会会员。
Lu Qi was born in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province in 1957. After graduation in 1982 from Oil Painting Department of China Academy of Art, he furthered his study with University of Bologna and later Paris Art City. Once a teacher in Fine Art Department of Northwest College for Nationalities and Wenzhou Normal College, he is currently Director of Academic Committee and professor of Fine Arts College of Hangzhou Normal College, member of China Artists Association, Standing Director of Zhejiang Artists Association and Zhejiang Oil Painters Association.
