周春芽 1955年生于重庆。1982年毕业于四川美术学院版画系。1988年毕业于德国卡塞尔美术学院自由艺术系。现任中国油画学会理事，四川省美术家协会副主席、油画艺术委员会主任，成都美术家协会副主席，成都画院副院长。
Zhou Chunya was born in 1955 in Chongqing. He graduated from Printmaking Department of Sichuan Academy of Art in 1982 and Free Art Department of Kassel Academy of Art in 1988. He now serves as council member of China Oil Painting Society, Vice President of Sichuan Artists Association, Director of Oil Painting Committee, Vice Chairman of Chengdu Artists Association and Deputy Dean of Chengdu Academy of Painting.
