A small Edwardian silver pedestal basket, of pierced urn form with blue glass liner, the rope twist swing handle surmounted with a small figure of a bird, hallmarked George Nathan & Ridley Hayes, Chester 1909, height excluding handle 3.5 (9cm). Together with a cased set of six Edwardian silver spoons, the stems with bright cut engraved detail, hallmarked Joseph Rodgers & Sons, Sheffield 1908, six 1920's silver coffee spoons, with scroll detailed terminals, hallmarked Abrahams Brothers, Birmingham 1924, and a Victorian silver butter knife, hallmarked Sheffield 1889, maker's mark worn and indistinct. Silver weight 8.17 ozt (254.2 grams).
