铭文：1. 二瑞。2. 枕石斋摹。3. 鱼冻青花古砚。无上珍品。灵巌主人属，梦楼。砚盒铭文：1. 万年永享。2. 是种是耕。乙未秋日，子涵。3. 宜书宜画。仲秋之月，仁山。

砚为端石，开拱形平池，砚额处雕兽面纹，兽口为砚池。池边篆书阴刻二瑞字样，与砚背覆手内所雕凤凰麒麟纹呼应。砚身线条挺拔利落，石色灰紫，质地坚实细腻，下发墨爽利。配漆盒。铭者简介： 王文治（1730～1802），字禹卿，号梦楼，室名柿叶山房，江苏镇江人。乾隆二十五年探花，官翰林，出任云南姚安府知府。曾掌教杭州崇文书院。工书法，与翁方纲、刘墉、梁同书并称“翁刘梁王”四大家。
