铭文：1. 庆云之瑞。2. 臣吴之承恭制。

歙砚出古歙州，为四大名砚之一，久负盛名，苏东坡评其“涩不留笔，滑不拒墨，瓜肤而縠理，金声而玉德”；此砚为歙石所制，长方，开椭圆形淌池，边饰云纹，雕刻精美，线条挺拔刚健，石色青灰，质地坚润，包浆厚重，为歙砚中上等石材。配鸡翅木天盖。
