A small sgraffito ivory plaque, 18th century, Italian, depicting a profile bust of an Emperor, within foliate spandrels and mounted in a wooden frame, 6.5cm wide 7cm high, together with a turned ivory box, the cover inset with a bronze medallion depicting Sir Joseph Banks, 4.7cm diameter 2.5cm high (2) Condition report: Chip to corner of frame, ivory lifting from surround. Splits and dark staining. Old work to the reverse. Ivory box: split to cover, bronze dirty.
