A Greek terracotta head of Apollo, 1st century, 6cm high, on a turned wooden base under a glass dome, 27cm high overall Provenance: Sir George Mounsey, thence by descent. Condition report: Later affixed possibly with wax to the stand and dome, light chips and patina to the head particularly areas of high relief. Complete with various paperwork detailing the history of the item, various expert opinions, and historic valuations.
