A pair of Regency-style giltwood pier mirrors, 19th century, each painted and foliate-detailed frieze suspending thirty-one drops, above a rectangular plate, flanked by a pair of fluted demi-columns with acanthus-decorated capitals, 86cm wide 122cm high (2) Condition report: One plate new and 'aged'. Losses to gilt and gesso throughout. Drops quite liable to fall off. Losses and areas of repair to foliate detail. Some small cracks, dirt and rubbing to gilt. Knocks, splits and losses. General wear throughout.
