大红司命主, 为藏传佛教所奉重要护法神之一。显红色威严相，主管各类鬼怪。此像头戴五骷髅冠，赤发呈火焰状。皱眉蹙额，三目圆睁，张口呲牙，似在咆哮。左手当胸结说法印，右手持剑举过头顶。左足踩一战俘，右足踩一兽，造型威猛。衣纹雕刻极为精湛。整体造像比例协调，姿态舒展，形象生动，品相完美，甚为难得。
