四臂观音又称“六字观音”，是藏传佛教大悲观音的主尊，代表大悲、大智、大力，四臂寓意慈、悲、喜、舍四无量，是密乘行者修心的法门。四臂观音与文殊菩萨、金刚手菩萨合称“三部怙主”，也是雪域西藏的守护神。此像头戴花冠，神态安详宁静。主臂双手合十，左上手执莲花，右上手持念珠，肢体表现富有张力。双肩搭帔帛，胸前饰华丽的璎珞，手臂、脚踝饰钏环。双腿直立，下身着长裙，长裙衣褶自然写实，衣边为双线，富有衣物的柔软质感，工艺细腻。整尊造像躯体比例基本匀称，苗条优雅，工艺考究，艺术风格独特。
