天王形象威严，头戴五叶宝冠，身披铠甲，坐于方台宝座之上，宝冠、衣裙及莲座上有局部錾花。右手齐胸托宝塔，左手持龙蛇（已失），应为四大天王中西方广目天王。广目天王梵文名为“毗留博叉”，据说他能以清静天眼观察并护持娑婆世界而得“广目”之名。居于须弥山白银埵，率领诸龙族守护西方瞿耶尼洲。
