剑璲为长方形，以细线框边，覆盖少许斑驳灰皮，透雕螭龙与熊相对。螭龙身躯盘屈，肥臀细腰，股部高耸，分叉尾部卷曲如球状，曲线流畅，形象生动。熊扭头回望，昂首张口，神态威武，前足伸至剑璲侧面，与其颈连成一线，曲面顺滑，别具心思。背面光素无纹，下部矩形开孔，以便剑鞘穿过，线面平直利落，更显玉质光滑。整器形制、雕工具有汉代风格。
