白玉质，圆雕太狮少狮，选材上乘，雕工精细，以写实手法刻画出双狮的各个细节，大狮口衔飘带盘卧蹲伏，背上的的小狮抬头仰望，题材吉祥。太狮少狮为中国玉雕中常见的吉祥题材，“狮”与“师”同音，意为“太师少师”。太师是从西周开始就有的官称，少师是春秋时期楚国设立的职位，后历代沿袭。人们借用谐音，用一大一小两隻狮子组成太师少师图，寓意科场得意，父子同荣，世代享有高官之位。
