黄玉质，方形外廓，椭圆内孔，高浮雕双螭龙纹佩，大小螭龙各一，攀爬嬉戏。大螭龙回首相望，神态肃穆，幼龙抬首张望。整体造型刻画生动，表现了长幼间的对话，又或是“教子升天”“带子上朝”的题材。此佩螭龙的形象非常典型，为明代螭龙风格。黄玉质地纯正，螭龙身体部位为人工烤色，是宋及以后仿古器上常见手法。
