此觚精巧温雅，朴拙隽永。器分三段，喇叭形撇口，中腹微弧，通体四出戟，高足、腹部均以云雷纹作底，浮铸兽面纹。传承年代久远，覆之以浓厚的皮壳，苍茂古朴，古意盎然。
该器以商周青铜器化裁为之，身形圆浑而精巧，小器大样，透露出浓浓的古雅隽逸之姿，最宜书斋插花观赏，引人常入“影落空阶初月冷，香生别院晚风微”之境。
