A pair of George III Irish Regimental silver sauce tureens and covers, by James Le Bas, Dublin 1813, retailed by West, oblong bellied form, embossed foliate decoration, gadroon borders, the domed covers with cone finials, snake side handles issuing form masks, on four foliate swirl capped feet, engraved with the 41st Regiment, heavily repaired, length handle to handle 22.8cm, approx. weight 67.6oz.
