马公愚，本名范，初字公驭，后改公禺、公愚，晚号冷翁、畊石簃主。浙江永嘉人。历任上海美专教授，中国画会理事，上海中国画院画师，西泠印社社员，上海市文史馆馆员。书工四体，绘画擅长山水、花卉、鸟鱼等，亦善篆刻。
款识：贤良先生大雅之属，马公愚书于上海。
