录文：十日狂风桃柳休，常因酒尽觉春愁。泰山为肉酿沧海，料得人间无白头。

卢鸣治（1910—1985），初名昌球，号中弦。温岭人。先后就读于上海美专、新华艺专。擅写意花鸟，尤喜画竹。曾执教于温岭中学、象山中学。历任象山县人民代表、政协委员。
谢无量，原名蒙，初名谢锡清，又名沈、澄，字仲清，号希范，后更名谢无量，别号啬庵。四川乐至人。历任川西博物馆馆长，中国人民大学教授，中央文史馆副馆长，全国政协委员等。在学术、诗文、书法方面都允为一代大家。
款识：中弦先生雅属，无量。
