菩萨身躯笔直，立于仰覆束腰莲枝之上。头戴花叶宝冠，坦胸饰连珠璎珞长链，外罩长袂衫，佩授披肩，帛带绕臂，舒展自然下垂，下着高腰宽裙，衣褶流畅，錾刻精细的花卉纹，双手于身前捧持莲茎。
此尊菩萨工艺精湛，尤其面容饱满，神情喜乐，弯眉长目，直鼻弓唇，将菩萨的慈悲与智慧展露无遗。身躯端庄，饱满结实，衣褶、花纹细腻繁杂，线条简洁流畅，丰腴而不虚，近人而不俗，是尊难得一见的明代汉地佛教造像精品。
