陈烟帆 1922年生于浙江鄞县人。别名庆良。著名连环画画家。长期从事连环画创作。曾任上海文史馆馆员、民盟会员。代表作有《斯大林格勒大血战》、《五四运动》、《鹿走的路》。
Chen Yanfan, also named as Chen Qingliang, was born in Jinxian County, Zhejiang province in 1922. As a famous cartoonist, he has left many excellent works like War of Stalingrad, The May 4th Movement and The Way Deer Walks. He served as a librarian of Shanghai Literature and History Museum.
