马海方 1956年生于北京。1981年毕业于中央美术学院中国画系。历任人民美术出版社《中国书画》编辑、人民美术出版社画家、中国美术家协会会员。曾获“首届中国风俗大奖赛一等奖”、“国际中国书画艺术大奖赛金奖”、“庆祝建国40周年展铜奖”，作品多次入选全国美术作品展并获奖，代表作有《古都风情》、《休闲图》、《春韵》。
Ma Haifang was born in Beijing in 1956. In 1981, Ma graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting with Central Academy of Fine Art and served as editor of Chinese Painting & Calligraphy under People's Fine Arts Publishing House, a member of China Artists Association, etc. He is the owner of the First Prize of the First Chinese Folk Painting Competition, Gold Prize of International Chinese Painting Competition and the Third Prize of Art Exhibition in Celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the Founding of New China. Representative works include A View of the Ancient Capital City, Leisure Time, Spring, etc.
