黄达聪 1914年生于浙江永嘉。24岁入上海中国文艺学院专攻国画，师承黄宾虹、张大千、沈尹默、汤定之。曾任中国美术家协会上海分会会员、中国书法家协会上海分会会员。代表作有《兵车行》、《严子陵钓台》、《女子勘察队》、《松竹图》。作品曾被中国美术馆收藏。
Huang Dacong was born in Yongjia, Zhejiang province in 1914. He entered the Shanghai School of Art and Literature at the age of 24. Since then he has received instructions of many masters like Huang Binhong, Shen Yinmo, Tang Dingzhi since, etc. He was a member of Shanghai Artists Association and Shanghai Calligrapher Association. He is famous for the works like Song of the Conscripts, Yanziling Fishing Terrace, Women’s Reconnaissance Team and Pine and Bamboo. His photo is even housed by National Art Museum of China.
