程十髪 1921年生于上海。1941年毕业于上海美术专科学校中国画系。历任上海中国画院院长、全国文联委员、西泠印社副社长、中国画研究院院务委员、中国美术家协会理事。曾获“1959年莱比锡国际书籍装帧展览银质奖”、“首届全国连环画绘画评奖二等奖”。代表作有《画皮》、《丽人行》、《孔乙己》。
Cheng Shifa was born in Shanghai in 1921. In 1941, he graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting at Shanghai Fine Arts Training School. He once acted as President of National Academy of Painting, Shanghai, Vice President of Xiling Engraver's Society, Director of China Artists Association, etc. His masterpieces include Painted Skin, Beauty’s Story, Kong Yiji, etc., which have earned him many awards such as Silver Prize of Leipzig Book Fair, the 2nd Prize of the First National Comic Strip Award and so on.
