整器以白玉掏膛制成，玉质极为温润。尊口微撇，圆弧腹，外观圆中有方，方中带圆，两侧对称兽形耳，颈部起凸弦纹，纹饰繁缛。腹部仿古代青铜器饕餮纹。侧面下部有沁，圈足。整器满工雕饰，纹样繁复，深浅均匀，衔接得体，浑若天成，充分体现了明代仿古器的审美情趣。为收藏陈设、文房雅玩的难得器物。
