钤印：朱屺瞻、梅花草堂题识：己丑秋，画于上海梅花草堂。朱屺瞻。 朱屺瞻，初名增均，号起哉，别号二瞻老民，斋名梅花草堂等。江苏太仓人。出生商贾大族。 八岁起临摹古画，中年时期两次东渡到日本学习油画，五十年代后主攻中国画。上海艺术专科学校教授，西画系研究所主任，中国美术家协会顾问。工书，擅山水，花卉尤精梅、兰、竹。
