玉牌以上好和田白玉雕琢而成，玉质莹润细腻，纯白无瑕，包浆自然均匀。玉牌上下造型为如意头形，中部收束，两侧带耳，牌头为如意云纹，底部为缠枝莲纹。正反两面开框，正面剔地阳雕金蟾石榴纹样，背面雕灵芝兰草纹样。纹饰线条流畅，剔地平整，雕工精美，立体感强，具有典型的“乾隆工”特征。蟾蜍和石榴在传统文化中都有“多子”的吉祥寓意，而“芝兰”代表君子高尚的情操和美德。整器用料上佳，牌型厚重，造型独特，雕工细致，寓意吉祥，是典型的乾隆时期玉牌精品。
