此玉牌饰整体呈六边形，玉色青白，边缘带黑褐色沁，表面带牛毛纹和橘皮纹。以镂雕、阴刻等技法雕琢龙纹图案，龙纹为侧首造型，橄榄型眼，眼角微翘，阴刻圆形眼珠，双耳后伸，鼻上卷，口微张，作吐水状，腮部和颈部饰网格状鳞片，身体回转虬曲，有腾云驾雾之感。此牌饰双面工，工艺细致，纹饰精美，此类形制的器物较为罕见，可堪赏玩。第4588—4606号拍品为同一藏家友情提供
