民国间拓本1册67面纸本提要：是碑全称《恒州刺史鄂国公为国劝造龙藏寺碑》，隋开皇六年（586）立于河北正定隆兴寺大悲阁东侧。楷书，凡30行，行50字。书法上承南北朝余风，下开初唐书法诸家先河，结体朴拙，方正有致，虽为楷书，但仍留有隶意。被王国维誉为“此六朝集成之碑，非独为隋碑第一也”。此册存碑额、碑阳、碑阴。封面存赘生墨笔题签：“龙藏寺碑，赘生题签”。
