出版：山东石刻艺术博物馆/汶上县博物馆编《文殊般若经碑》，齐鲁书社，1994。
旧拓本31张（散页） 纸本提要：是碑北齐年间刻，无年月，楷书，十行，行三十字。碑侧题记五行。碑额共四字。旧在山东甯阳水牛山，现移至汶上博物馆。是拓为1994年山东石刻艺术博物馆出版《文殊般若经碑》底本，剪裱于卡纸之上，散页装。碑文一行“利”字见斜裂。后附邑人羊穆、羊善、羊释子等题名，为其他拓本所无，可佐证此碑为北齐所刻。另网络搜索此碑，也多为此拓图片，附出版物6册。
