香盒工艺精緻，保存完好，包浆老道。盒盖呈圆拱形，作子母口，盖面锦地为两部分，上为水波纹，下为团花纹，分别象徵海水与大地，其上浮雕执杖的弥勒和尚，弥勒神情悠然自得，右肩承杖，左肩扛著布袋，作驻足观景状，衣纹带风，极为生动。盒壁则于锦地上浮雕朵朵蜀葵，分外雅緻。盒内及盒底髹黑漆，漆面光亮润泽。整器小巧雅緻，工艺之精令人讚歎。原配日本旧木盒。来源：同一藏家旧藏。
