角杯胎体厚重，铸造锤揲成型。杯柄分别为龙首与凤首，吉祥成对。角杯外壁錾刻一对瑞兽纹，并以细密金丝勾勒卷草纹，外壁通体焊接密集小金珠为底，形成华丽的效果。此种工艺即为“金筐宝钿”，始于唐代，极为繁複，可见此对角杯等级之高。
