童子高发髻，脸庞圆润，凝神远眺，鼻型饱满。身着肚兜，腹部腰带拖曳，赤足立于平台上。手呈持物状，高举莲花形烛插，荷叶之内巧设一管，以为插蜡烛之用，极为巧妙。为保证烛台的质量，宫廷工艺师挑选几十种贵重金属，经过十余次的精心铸炼，把提纯的铜选取出来制成烛台，经年累月包浆莹润自然，堪堪为宫廷精造。
