此佩以和田白玉为材，细腻润泽。透雕。器形呈片状，双面工，纹饰一致，中间琢花卉纹，以环相围，外饰联珠纹一周，边饰如意纹边框。联珠较元代小而多，珠面下陷，玻璃光泽强。局部有天然细绺，但并不影响整体美观。此器造型优美，层次感明显，工艺精湛，布局工整，具有清代琢玉工艺特征，十分适合佩戴和收藏。
