A Tibetan thangka, 18th-19th century, the centre painted with Buddha seated in dhayanasana on an ornamental lotus throne with a golden-edged halo, the left hand in dhyana mudra, the right hand in bhumisparshamudra, and with elongated earlobes, the naturalistic folds of the brocaded red sanghati, hanging off the left shoulder, decorated with a diapered pattern in gold, all surrounded by bodhisattvas and monks, 78 x 69.5cm 十八至十九世纪 西藏唐卡 Condition report: Stained, very bad cockling and foxing.
