款识：乙未首夏，书寄东渠大弟学字，南园沣。 钤印：沣印（白） 南园（朱） 识文：运有枯荣，道有舒屈。潜保黄裳，显服朱黻。谁能守静，弃华辞荣。穷谷是处，考盘是营。千金不回，百代传名。厥包者柚，忘忧者萱。何为有用，自乖中原。实摘柯摧，叶殒条烦……草木摇落幽二奇 。作者简介：钱沣（1740～1795），字东注，一字约甫，号南园、介石生、如海居士，云南昆明人。乾隆三十六年进士，歴官通政司副使、提督湖南学政、监察御史。工诗文，善书画，画马尤为驰名。书法学颜真卿。清中叶后，欲追颜书者，均宗钱沣，影响颇大。
