款识：诵芬贤弟属，椒堂朱为弼。 钤印：朱为弼印（白） 椒堂（朱） 辛卯岁作（白）签条：1.朱椒堂石鼓。壬申（1932年）重装。2.朱椒堂石鼓。浮山珍藏。钤印：浮山（朱） 识文：晨为复夙鬯一卣，王唐作册贝十朋。 仲少梅旧藏 。作者简介：朱为弼（1771～1840），字右甫，号椒堂，浙江平湖人。嘉庆十年进士。道光间官至漕运总督。金石之学，上追欧、赵。刻印上追秦汉。工山水，精写意花卉，尤喜画梅。鉴藏者简介：仲少梅（1879～1957），名颐，字少梅，号浮山，盛泽镇菜葭浜人。著名慈善大亨唐仲英的外公。善书画，与常熟曾朴、邑人杨千里、绍兴邵力子过从甚密。
