款识：欲向东风问早春，闲来石畔步香尘。芥航先生清赏，钱杜。 钤印：钱杜（白） 叔美（朱） 松壶小隐（朱） 张井上款。钱杜曾于1823年远游大梁（今河南开封）时结识了时任河督的张井 。作者简介：钱杜（1764～1845），初名榆，字叔枚，更名杜，字叔美，号松壶、松壶小隐、壶公，浙江杭州人。嘉庆五年举人，官至主事。性闲旷潇洒拔俗，好逰。工诗，擅书画。书摹虞、褚，山水尤得力于文徵明，花卉师恽寿平，人物、仕女无不精雅。上款简介：张井（1776～1835），字仪九，号芥航，又号畏堂，肤施人。道光间任南河总督，对河事多有兴革，一时称便。著有《二竹斋文钞》。此疏上于道光五年，阐述了作者的治黄主张与措施。
